NOTD : OPI Dulce De Leche













Nice nice leh... unfortunately ... within days... my nails become



Thanks to the mad lady I met in Watson's warehouse sale..


Sob sob, so my nails are shorts now and waiting to growwww........

Can anyone tell me how to speed up the growing process? 
other than watering it and putting fertiliser
