ReplyDeletejessica : their sales in bangsar dont have kate eyeliner when I check with them. very limited kate products. I feel Kanebo Coffret d'or gel liner is better ,and it comes with a very nice classy brush ! u can always go the counter to try 1st, the one i bought is latest range somewhere :D
