Review : B.liv Shrink and Tighten

The weather recently is so warm that I think my pores are getting larger and I quickly looked for remedy last week! And I found B.liv Shrink and Tighten which is a pore reducing serum which I got it from a few months back when my pores aren't my concern yet as my main concern are always dehydration and pigmentation.

Texture and Smell : Its in clear gel type, some light herbal smell which is quite pleasing

I squeezed out 1-2 pea sized drops of this serum and applied gently on my cheek area only where I have large pores ( >..< ) and massage it in. Within seconds it absorbed nicely into my skin. Immediately I felt a little sensation on my skin however it was just temporary. Then I continued putting on my night cream like usual and went to sleep without much thought. But the next day when I woke up and looked into the mirror, I did see my pores are getting a little bit smaller compare to the night before. And I continue using it only on my my cheek area for the past few days.

I think I'm quite convince with this product, as it does what it says "Shrink and Tighten" my pores, but I have not seen it has brighten up my complexion yet! I did not say this works 100% on me in long run but I can see a quite promising result in minimizing pores after using it a few times.

And the reason I put this serum only on some part of my cheek is because I applied my Clarins Hydraquench Serum on the rest of the face due to improve hydration.

So any of you here try this before or any pore reducing products that works for you ?

p/s: And I also try it on my boyfriend's face where and yes I do see some improvement the next morning!

Let me see whether it performs what it says !

Instruction on how to use

It is rich and thick in texture, with tiny beads inside...

I applied a rich layer of the mask ( as per the instruction) and waited it for around 10 mins. And then I put some water and massage gently in circular motion (and I can feel the beads is exfoliating cleaning my pores) before washing it off. And I like the smell of the mask!

My verdict : Definitely I can feel and see my skin is smoother as my pores is slightly smaller , skin texture softer and bouncier immediately after washing off. My skin tone become slightly fairer. I feel my face refresh after that ! I will continue using it and blogged about the result :)

Main functions : Cleanse, Exfoliate and oil control

Recommended for person with blackheads & oily skin

I made my face wet before applying 2 to 3 pea size of Squeaky Clean onto my wet palm and lather with water drops. Then gently massage on my face using upward circular motions . The Squeaky Clean has tiny bead as well, it suppose to clean, exfoliate and oil control.

My verdict : Although I can feel my face is cleaner after application however I do not have much blackheads and have dry skin, this product might not be suitable for me as I feel my skin is tight & drying after application. And therefore moisturizer must be applied. This product might works better for people with oily skin or blackhead.

3) B.liv Quench Me (Moisturizing Gel) (3ml)
Main functions : Moisture replenishing, Retaining and cell revitalizing
Recommended for person with dry skin

As per the instruction in the website, after cleaning the face with cleanser, I take 2 to 3 pea sized drops of Quench Me and aplied on to my face





My verdict : The moisturizer is in gel type and it smells like mint. It immediately absorb nicely into my skin upon application. It is very light in texture and do not make my face feeling greasy as it Quench into my skin :) And my skin felt like I has not put anything on.

My verdict : I applied this before my makeup and after my moisturizer. I simply like the texture which is in liquid form. And when I poured it out and apply on my face B.liv Got me Covered turn into powder form and quickly absorbed into my skin. As this is not only a sunblock but a foundation as well, it gave light coverage to hide my blemish. And since more it is 2 functions in 1 bottle (sunblock and foundation) will definitely makes my skincare routine a little bit less tedious ....or else I have like 8 steps to applied before start putting my foundation!!! I knoowww.. I am a bit kiasu .. what to do I'm getting old mature!!!
