When Sunway Pyramid's PR contacted me to go for all-expense paid shopping spree, immediately I said YES! As a shopping queen, I never say no to shopping one lah! Well I don't think women will ever got enough of shopping!
I was given RM888 to shop on the condition that I need to spend it within 2 hours (to be exact 1 hour and 30 minutes minus the briefing and toilet break) to go around the mall and spend all the money...to make up my perfect Chinese New Year look.
First pitshop : Dorothy Perkins located in LG.131 (Orange Zone) to get new clothes!
Being a plus size girl in Malaysia, it's not easy to get pretty dress that fit you nicely. Well Dorothy's Perkins is my favourite UK highstreet fashion brand, their quality are good and the cutting fits me well! Do you know they offer size from 6-22 so it fits the smallest frame girl to the largest frame girl all under 1 roof!
I came here because of this Fashion Fortune promotion which I received in my email few weeks ago! Oh yehhhh I'm a super good deal because I only need to spend RM250 in order to get RM200 voucher which can be redeemed for purchases for than RM400!

Didn't realise I spend too much times (about 40 minutes) trying dresses and taking selfie pictures, alamak not enough time already!

They have pretty decent of footwear too! This is super comfortable and cool looking but then I don't think it suits the dress that I bought for CNY... so I gave it a miss!

I have really small feet and I know Nose carries my size and with time running out I quickly walked in to grab a shoes! Ah got sale up to 70% discount!
To be honest, their design has improved compared to few years back! I think I should visit more!
I really wanted to get this (RM109.90) but this is not my size! So comfortable and chic looking, easy to match with any dress or jeans!
So I picked up nude wedges instead, it would be easy to match with my flowery dress I think :)

After 1.5 hours, I spend RM1116.80 and yes it's a little over the budget that was given (cos happy mood mahhh) and then there are so much to see & buy in Sunway Pyramid, definitely there is something for everyone!

Ah I thought only 5 stars hotel offer Porter Boy Service to carry luggage but Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall goes extra miles in understanding shopper's need that ... it would be nice if there is someone who are there to help to carry and escort us to the car park after a long day doing shopping!
Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre Porter Boy Service is available on Fri, Sat, Sun & Public Holiday between 11am to 11pm. Just give them a call at 011-2888 7736 and the Porter Boy will be there to help us to carry our bags to our car! Thumb up for this service, so far I think they are the only mall in Malaysia offering this service!
Besides that, you can hop on for a free ride on the Buggy (call 010-2897 509), available daily at selected car park entrances.
And I want to maximise my spending mahh... so I went to sign up Sunway Pals card for FREE where I get to enjoy the privileges & redeem the points across over 300 merchant outlets in Sunway Pyramid when I shop & dine in Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall.

I like how Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall put effort in making sure parents can shop at ease here, you know how often you go to the malls and you heard over the announcement some kids are lost and seperated from their parents in mall.
Child Distance Monitor & Safety Wristband is one of the unique kind that all malls should have! I think would be really helpful for parents and guardians aware of their children’s whereabouts in the shopping mall.
Free Child Safe Shopping wristband can be collected from any of Sunway Pyramid’s Concierge Counters on Ground Floor and Lower Ground One where parents can write their contact numbers on the back and the child can wear the wristband, just in case they get separated during their shopping in the mall, the public or the guard can contact the parents.
The Beeper (Child Distance Monitor) is used to make sure that the children do not wander too far off from their parents. A ‘sender’ will be attached to the child, and the parents or guardians will get the ‘receiver’. If the child strayed within a certain distance, the ‘receiver’ will produce beeping sounds and vibrate to alert the ‘receiver’. Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall shoppers can get this Child Distance Monitor at any of the Concierge Counters located on Ground Floor and Lower Ground One. Sounds really awesome right ?

And yes my target to get new clothes from head to toe to wear this CNY was accomplished! And in case you didn't know it's Chinese belief that it's important to wear new clothes on Chinese New Year from head to toe to symbolize a new beginning in the new year. And wearing new clothes also symbolizes having more than enough things to use and wear in the new year!
Just realised the clothes I got from Dorothy Perkins are so flowery right! Oh ya that's this year Spring 2015 trend.
